Friends, family and fun

It was the last Magnolia Square Market of 2011 - and we were very excited to get this one under our belt.

We met some wonderful people at the first market - and are now lucky enough to call some of these people friends.

There really was a feeling of family and friendship at this market.  A lot of people have pre-conceived ideas as to the type of environment these markets can be - but this market smashed all those and allowed people to really mingle, enjoy the stalls and each others company.

Obviously we were there to sell the nooshie organic t's, but this isn't about us.

Hopefully this will give you some insight into these events so you can enjoy them in the future - just like we did.

We shopped during the market just like many others and bought our loved ones, and ourselves, some gifts that were unique to this market.

There were beautiful hand-printed tea-towels that we took home with designs that had exceptional character and texture.

We found some jewellery that was presented on grass giving it a wonderful earthy tone - and couldn't help but run our hands through it.

Being at the Malvern Town Hall there were lots of food selections available in the area - however, there was some homemade chocolate fudge brownie that once consumed meant that you could forgo a meal for a while.  We used this technique to maximise our fudge consumption as much as possible over the 3 days - and even took some home.

If you haven't been inside the Malvern Town Hall you really should add it to your list of local sites to see.

The architecture is mixed beautifully with colour to create a wonderful inviting environment.

Each stallholder is encouraged to make the most of their stall to emphasise their image - and some of the stalls really were spectacular.

There are some amazing props used and ingenious ways of using every day items.

Our personal favourite was the vintage typewriter used by a stall for unique prints.

It was placed on vintage wood and had paper coming out of it as if it were halfway through use.  It was like a window into the past for just a moment as you passed this stall.

There was some beautiful clothing, hand embroidered bags, hand-made cushions, toys, food and the list could go on.

It really was a pleasure to be a part of - but just as nice to walk around an enjoy it as a regular customer.

Thanks to all of you who came to the market, whether you were there to see nooshie or not.  It really is nice to see Melbourne's fashion and style come to the fore in events like this.

Best wishes - the team at nooshie.

Please see below for some more photos from the event.

Magnolia Square Nov 2011

It was an amazing 3 days at Magnolia Square.

Magnolia Square

Rarely is there an event that captures so many wonderful talents, and products, in the one space.

There was a fantastic mix of people at the event and an equally dazzling range of products.

Even though we were there for nooshie, we couldn't help but purchase a couple of other items for ourselves.

The event was held at St Kilda Town Hall and allows the stalls to work in tandem with the beauty of the buildings architecture.

We had a great time at the event and cant wait for the next Magnolia Square at the Malvern Town Hall from the 1st of December.

There are a few photos from the event below.

We hope to see you at the Malvern event!

Magnolia Square

We are one of the lucky particpants at Magnoila Square this weekend.

There will be lots and lots of the latest nooshie t-shirts on display for all.

You can view the details here.

Hope to see you there!!

Photo shoot at the beach

We had a photo shoot at the beach with a few new t-shirts and the kids had more fun playing than posing for the camera so we thought we would share!

Enjoy  :)
