Where does the name nooshie come from?
The name nooshie was given to our son as a nickname by a close relative.
Initially it was a throwaway line used as part of a rhyme - but it stuck. We all heard it and now it gets used by a much wider audience. Noosh, nooshie, noosha are all used interchangeably by our relatives.
It is pronounced noosh-e and rhymes with pushy.
How long does it take to get my order?
This largely depends on your geographic location.
As we are a Melbourne, Australia based company all of the orders within the East Coast of Australia take approximately 5 days.
This time is extended by a further 2 days if within the West Coast of Australia.
Orders are generally completed by Australia Post standard shipping but during the checkout process there is an option of express post or FedEx delivery of packages, depending on your urgency of delivery.

Can I combine postage?
Yes. Even if you make separate orders and the first has yet to be shipped, simply contact nooshie and we will combine the orders.
Please ensure that you contact nooshie prior to creating the second order so we may remove the shipping fee prior to the orders completion.
Can I ship overseas?
Yes. You may ship anywhere within the world.
Can I have my products shipped to a different address than the billing address?
Yes. This is an option upon checkout.
Can I check the status of my order?
The progress of your order will be sent to your upon each change of your status (such as 'shipped'). Depending upon the shipping method used you will be provided with related information.
What are the size and colour ranges?
The current size ranges are 3-6, 6-12, 12-18, 18-24 months and 2, 3, 4 and 5 years.
Colours currently include: Ocean, Chai, Melon, Snow, pistachio and sorbet.

Will the range be expanding?
Yes. The range is aimed at making quality organic products that are different from others on the market.
We always test and use these products ourselves before launching them as a new product line.
How can I receive the items if i do not want to use shipping?
This depends on your location. There may be a store near you that stocks the nooshie brand.

What comes with my garment?
In addition to the organic clothing you have selected, each order comes hand wrapped, boxed and bagged within nooshie materials.
They are all recycled/recyclable goods made from high quality materials.
Each order (not each item) comes with a keepsake box than you can use to store your little one's treasures. If you need to have separate boxes for each item, you will need to place separate orders.
What are the washing instructions?
Washing instructions can differ for each product, but we make all garments washing machine safe so that parents don't have to worry about keeping the nooshie quality.
All washing instructions are printed on the t-shirt using water based ink.
Can I return the garment if I am unhappy?
Yes. If you return the clothing in the same condition as it was received we will happily take it.

Your website says the garment I want is not available, will you be getting more?
This depends on the garment you selected. We don't do mass-production so that every other child has the same look as yours. We do limited runs to maintain the uniqueness of our designs.
Sometimes there is no more in stock while another shipment is being unpacked. If there is a garment you want that says it is out of stock please contact nooshie and we will advise if we have more, are getting more, or have finished with that run.
Are your prices in Australian dollars?
Yes and are inclusive of GST.
My coupon is not working, who do I contact?
Contact nooshie either by phone or email.
We will fix your code and if it can't be fixed quickly we will re-issue another code to you.
Can I use paypal?
Yes. You may use PayPal or our payment gateway using VISA or MasterCard.
